RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with the comfort, look and fit of your EIGHTYONE 20 clothing. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your item(s) for credit or an exchange within 15 days of delivery. To return a purchase, please send an email to info@eightyone20.com with your order number and a valid email address. As long as your return is submitted within the given timeframe, you will receive your prepaid shipping label to your provided email account.

ORDER SHIPPING

All Packages ship through USPS Priority or First Class and with the following rates:

All packages are insured for the value of the contents and are shipped in our Signature Black Matte Packaging inside USPS boxing. If you require any special instructions or accommodations let us know at info@eightyone20.com and we'll be more than happy to help.

RETURN PROCESSING

We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

At this time, exchanges are possible provided the item is available in our inventory. In cases where inventory is not available we can facilitate exchanges with other items. Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears.

 

WHERE CAN I DROP OFF MY RETURN PACKAGES?

You can drop off your return packages at the US Postal Service. USPS drop off locations include:

Any USPS Post Office
Any USPS Collection Box
Any residential mailbox
